S & A Leasing is a secure gated commercial vehicle parking lot. We welcome Tractor Trailers, Large vehicles, and recreational vehicles. We operate on a month to month lease.
The lease fee is $150.00 plus tax a month. A one time $50.00 deposit is also required and returned at end of lease. There is also a $25.00 late payment fee. S & A Leasing accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards.
We have recently recognized the need for overnight parking in this area. Therefore, we are now offering an overnight option for parking. No facilities are presently at the location except a a secure gated lot, keypad access gate and lit parking spot. We are charging $20.00 a night.
